Lexington, KYAuthorities say a second person has died from her injuries after a fiery collision on Interstate 75 in Madison County. Melissa Meade, 38, of Warren County, Ohio, died at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. Christopher Shawn "Cheerios" Truesdell, 41, died from severe burns on Saturday at the hospital. The collision occurred Saturday on I-75 in Madison County when a car crossed a median and crashed into a van, which then caught fire. The cause of the crash is not yet known.

Tampa-St. Petersburg, FLOne person died and another sustained minor injuries on Christmas Eve in a single-vehicle crash in Hernando County. Merritt Clinton Atchley, 38, of Clearwater, was killed in the crash, which occurred at approximately 6 p.m. on northbound Interstate 75. The driver Kimberly Atchley lost control of the 2005 Saturn VUE, which exited the highway and collided with a tree. Merritt Clinton Atchley died at the crash site.

Friday, December 19, 2014A single vehicle rollover crash at approximately 6:00 PM on December 19th caused I-75 in Kawkawlin Township to be closed for most of the evening. It is unclear at this time how many people were in the car and what the extent of their injuries are, however it was reported that the Jaws of Life were used to extricate an occupant inthe vehicle.
