Storm Davis McDaniel, 17, dies when his personal watercraft collides with 20-foot boat during Grand Lagoon tour in Panama City Beach, Florida

According to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, 17-year-old Storm Davis McDaniel died Wednesday night after his personal watercraft and a 20-foot boat collided in Panama City Beach. McDaniel was leading a group of people on personal watercraft for a tour in the Grand Lagoon when he struck a 20-foot boat operated by James D. Moulder of Brewton, Alabama.
