According to witnesses, a southbound Audi driving recklessly clipped another car and sent it into oncomming traffic, where it slammed into another vehicle head on. The Audi fled the scene without stopping. Officers later found the Audi in a Walmart parking lot two miles away, where they arrested the suspect. Police found Ecstasy and Molly in Hargrove's car, and Hargrove allegedly succeeded in imbibing an Ecstasy pill after he was handcuffed. Hargrove was taken to Pinellas County Jail where he remains.
