Pinellas Park Police traffic homicide investigators are currently on the scene of a hit-and-run crash that killed a bicyclist in the 12100 block of 66th Street North.

John Robert Glenn Instasi, a transient with family out of state, was struck while trying to bicycle west across 66th Street N at 121st Avenue N, according to Pinellas Park police.
