Man suffers medical emergency, crashes through front door of Goodwill store in Eau Claire, Wisconsin
Investigators say that school bus driver Bryan Stachey suffered a medical emergency and lost conciousness before crashing a school bus into a home at the corner of Coleman Boylan Drive and Water Oak Drive at about 7:30 a.m. An 11-year-old student was in the bus at the time and sustained some minor head injuries, but managed to climb out of the bus and walk home; he was later brought to a hospital for evaluation after his mother was notified. A teacher's aide also sustained some minor injuries, and was the only other person on the bus.
A 58-year-old woman was driving her truck on St. Charles Ave when she lost conciousness and crashed into a Rite Aid Pharmacy. No bystanders were hurt, but the woman was taken to a hospital for an evaluation. Police are still investigating this crash.
