Tuesday, November 11, 2014Rogelia Ochoa Lino was struck and killed shortly before 4:30 p.m. in the area of Barberry Lane and South King Road in east San Jose. The driver, 40-year-old Jaime Fernandez, stopped after the collision. He was arrested on suspicion of DUI and vehicular manslaughter and is currently being held in Santa Clara County jail.
