Dallas-Ft. Worth, TX46-year-old pilot David German from Nebraska has been critically burned in the crash of his small plane at an East Texas airport. German was at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas on Friday. The accident occurred Thursday night at Sulphur Springs Municipal Airport. The FAA says the single-engine O'Dell Aeromaster crashed and burned while taking off. German was the only occupant on the plane.

Dallas-Ft. Worth, TXThree members of singer Willie Nelson's band have been hurt when their bus hit a bridge pillar in East Texas during rainy conditions.
The Texas Department of Public Safety says Nelson was not aboard in the weather-related accident before dawn Saturday on Interstate 30 near Sulphur Springs.
The T.D.P.S. says seven people were on the westbound bus, including the driver.
