It was shortly after 7:00pm when Narson Martin, 23, was traveling westbound on East Pine Street and ran the stop sign at the South Yale Avenue intersection. His car collided with a southbound car on South Yale Avenue, and the crash ejected one of the rear passengers of that car from the vehicle; they were pronounced dead at the scene. Two other people sustained injuries in the crash but are expected to be alright. After the crash, Narson allegedly offered a nearby store clerk $20, saying that he was about to be arrested. The clerk did not agree to the offer and Narson was eventually arrested.
