Denver, COAn officer responding to the accident, Nick Stuck, was captured by a witness singing a lullaby to a 2-year-old survivor of the accident. The little girl's father was the one who passed away in the wreck, and Officer Stuck explained that he was driven to comfort the child by thoughts of his own 2-year-old daughter. In an emotional interview, Stuck told media that he sang "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star," a song his daughter likes, to the tiny accident victim.

Denver, COOne person is dead after a two car crash in Lone Tree Saturday afternoon. Police say a driver driving west on Ridgegate Parkway abruptly swerved into the eastbound lanes and hit another car around 2:40 p.m. The driver of the westbound car, a 44-year-old man, was sent to Sky Ridge Medical Center where he died. Police say a 56-year-old woman and two children ages 3 and 5 were in the other car. They were also sent to Sky Ridge for treatment. Their conditions were not released. Right now, police don't believe alcohol or drugs were a factor in the crash.

Denver, COLt. Jeff Turner, Aurora police spokesman reported that "none of those people in the Tahoe were wearing their seat belts." The Tahoe's driver was ejected from the SUV as it rolled onto its roof. Two of the Tahoe passengers were taken to a local hospital for treatment. Everyone in the Expedition were wearing their seat belts, and woman in the front passenger seat and a child were taken to a hospital with minor injuries. The investigation is continuing. Several witnesses, including a man who barely avoided the crash, said the Tahoe had ran a red light.
