Ft. Wayne, INA van and a pickup collided head-on on Lower Huntington Road in Fort Wayne, Indiana, sending two people to the hospital. The driver of the pickup was reported to be in critical condition while the driver of the van was in serious condition. No names have been released yet. Officers believe the driver of the pickup may have suffered from a medical condition. More information will be posted as it becomes available.

Ft. Wayne, INSeveral witnesses said that the vehicle had been traveling south on Adams Center when it crossed the center line, hit the utility pole, and traveled into a cornfield, leading police to believe that the driver may have experienced a medical problem before the accident.
