A fatal crash on the northbound lanes of I-295 in the District shut down traffic along a stretch of that interstate earlier Tuesday morning. Continue reading Police said they responded to a call for the accident at 11:46 p.m. Monday night. A police spokesman said the victim was an adult male whose Chevrolet Camaro rolled over into a wooded area near the road. He was found unresponsive by officers and had to be extricated from the car. The victim was transported to Prince George's Hospital Center, where he was declared dead shortly after midnight on Tuesday.

All lanes of I-295 at the 103rd Street exit back open Wednesday morning after car overturns on roadway.

The Florida Highway Patrol and the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office responded to a crash on the southbound side of I-295 at the 103rd Street exit around 5:45 a.m.

A silver car appeared to have overturned along I-295 southbound blocking two lanes.

According to JSO, there were injuries involved in the crash, but we are unsure how many people are involved and the extent of the injuries at this time.

FHP is investigating the cause of the crash.

The Florida Highway Patrol was investigating a fatal crash Friday on Interstate 295 northbound at Old St. Augustine Road in Mandarin.

The crash happened just before 11:30 a.m.

All northbound lanes of traffic were blocked and traffic was being rerouted.

The lanes remained closed at 2:10 p.m.
