Pittsburgh, PAWeather is to blame for an accident on Interstate 79 near Zelienople, where two good Samaritans came to a man's aid.
Chris Zona was traveling home to New Castle Tuesday. Just before 5 p.m., in a steady rain, Zona found himself upside down and crawling out of his driver's-side window.
Some drivers saw Zona's car go airborne.
A medical assistant and a nurse, in separate vehicles, both stopped to help.
Carney said they had been waiting more than 30 minutes for an ambulance to arrive.
