 Tracy Towle, 50, was injured and has been airlifted to the hospital after improperly changing lanes on I-86, causing a two-vehicle collision Saturday morning. Towle changed lanes and ran into the side of  a vehicle with an attached trailer being driven by 29-year-old Kristy Bolander. Bolander and her passenger, 68-year-old David Franck, were not injured. Makayla Muir, 18, of Kimberly, drove Toyota off the right shoulder of exit 216 of Interstate 84 near Burley, ID.  Muir overcorrected and rolled the vehicle.  Muir and the front seat passenger Eduardo Encinas, 16, of Jerome, used their seat belts and were not hospitalized.  The four backseat passengers were not wearing seatbelts and were taken to Cassia Regional Medical Center in Burley.
