Towle was transported to Portneuf Regional Medical Center in Pocatello by air ambulance.
Tracy Towle, 50, was injured and has been airlifted to the hospital after improperly changing lanes on I-86, causing a two-vehicle collision Saturday morning. Towle changed lanes and ran into the side of a vehicle with an attached trailer being driven by 29-year-old Kristy Bolander. Bolander and her passenger, 68-year-old David Franck, were not injured. The incident is under investigation.
