Jackson, MSRobert D. Watson has been arrested in connection to a hit and run accident. He is charged with leaving the scene of an accident and felony DUI resulting in death or difigurement. The victim, Phil Landrum, 44, was left laying in the highway in critical condition at the time of the accident. He was flown to a medical center where he remains in critical condition.
