A crash in the westbound lanes of I-70 at the 22 mile marker near the on ramp for Brazil left one man dead. A pickup driven by David Brett Lindsey, 49, of Clay City, suddenly veered onto the shoulder, and then back across the westbound lanes, rolling multiple times and ejecting Lindsey. He was brought to St. Vincent-Clay Hospital, where he died from his injuries. He was not wearing a seat belt. We'll update this story as more information becomes availalble.

The teen killed in the crash is identified as Ricardo Gomez. He was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the Chevrolet Colorado pickup truck. The vehicle swerved from the road and traveled into the center median. The driver was wearing his seatbelt and suffered serious injuries.

David Greenawald of Silt, Colorado was driving on westbound Interstate 70 when his car veered onto the right shoulder. Greenawald overcorrected, steering the vehicle onto the median where the car spun and rolled. Greenawald was not wearing a seat belt and was thrown from the vehicle. He died at the scene.

Vanessa Mutschler, 27, of Washington, Pennsylvania, was killed in the crash at 11:23 p.m. in Somerset, Washington County. She was driving at high speed when she swerved off the road. The vehicle rolled multiple times. Mutschler was ejected from the car and was pronounced deceased at the crash site. She was not wearing her seat belt.
