A pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run collision on County Road 481 Friday night. The vehicle and driver thought to be involved were located at a fast food restaurant in Brooksville shortly after. David P. Willson III, 37, of Brooksville, was walking north on County Road 481 around 9 p.m. Friday. A 1997 Ford F-250 heading north on CR 481 collided with Willson near Lake Lindsey Road and then left the crash site. Wilson was pronounced deceased at the crash site. At 10:45 p.m. Friday, the Ford F-250 was located at the McDonald's at 845 S. Broad Street in Brooksville.
