Tuesday, May 12, 2015Just before 1:00 a.m., an SUV driven by Raini Kishwalk, 18, was driving south on I-84 near Ellensburg and began to drift off of the road. Kishwalk overcorrected and the vehicle departed the roadway on the other side and overturned. A passenger in the vehicle, identified as Amy J. Hunt, 24, remains in the hospital after the collision, while Kishwalk has already been treated for more minor injuries and released. It is believed that alcohol was involved in this crash, meaning Kishwalk could face vehicular assualt charges.

Boise, IDVeronica Verele, 15, was driving an SUV with three other young occupants on I-84, when she lost control of the vehicle for some reason and it began to flip. No one in the vehicle was wearing seat belts, and they were all thrown from the vehicle as it rolled. Arath Hernandez, 12, and David Martinez, 13, were both pronounced dead at the scene. Verele and Jesse Rodriguez, 12, were both taken to the hospital by helicopter for treatment of injuries. The cause of this tragic crash remains under investigation.

Twin Falls, IDOne person was hospitalized following a single-car rollover crash on Interstate 84 near Traveler's Oasis in Twin Falls, Idaho. The accident occured just after 8:00 a.m. on October 27, 2014.

Tuesday, October 14, 2014Silverio Frias Molinero was traveling on Interstate 84 when he attempted to pass a truck and lost control of his car. The vehicle went onto the median and rolled, but Molinero fortunately only sustained non-life threatening injuries. No one else was hurt. The accident remains under investigation and authorities are not yet sure whether any citations will be issued.
