Charles Eaches, 80, of Slatington, was killed Friday in a two-vehicle collision in Lehigh County, after he failed to stop at an intersection just after 3 p.m. at Best Station and Spur roads in Washington Township. Eaches, was not wearing a seatbelt as he drove south on Spur Road, and failed to stop for the stop sign at the intersection with Best Station Road.
