A log truck crash occurred on Highway 84 or Upper Hawthorn Trail when the vehicle, driven by Timothy McCullough, 41, crossed over the eastbound lanes of the highway and stopped in the median. The backend of the truck was sticking out into the roadway, and a white Buick was not able to stop in time. 54-year-old Jerry Simpson, and 28-year-old Douglas Simpson were taken to a local hospital in unknown condition.
