Columbus, OHA woman died Tuesday morning when a van was hit by a wrong-way driver shortly before 2 a.m. on Interstate 70 near Urbana-West Jefferson Road. Mattison Skoog, 24, was the driver of a Nissan Rogue westbound in the eastbound lanes of I-70 in Madison County. Skoog's vehicle crashed into a Plymouth Breeze minivan with three children and three adults. Maribel Pablo Mijangos, 32, was a passenger in the van. She died while being transported to Doctor's West Hospital.
