Madison, WIAt about 12:47pm, Metcalf lost control of his westbound pickup truck and veered over the median into the oncoming lanes, where it was hit by a semi-truck on the right side. Neither driver was wearing a seat belt, and this caused Metcalf to be thrown from his pickup through the windshield, leaving him dead at the scene. The semi-truck came to rest on its side in a nearby field, and its driver, Michael Adam Babosh, 53, sustained non-life threatening injuries.

Tuesday, December 9, 2014At about 1:00pm, Cunningham was traveling westbound on I-90 when she attempted to change lanes, but then ended up striking another westbound car, driven by Scott Collins, 42, and both cars departed the road and came to rest in the median. Cunningham was seriously injured in the accident and was airlifted to a hospital in Seattle, but Collins was uninjured in the accident.
