The Montgomery Police Department confirms it has charged Marquis Coleman, 40, from Montgomery, of a double-fatal Thanksgiving Day crash with felony DUI, felony leaving the scene of an accident and two counts of reckless murder in connection to the deadly crash. Marquis Coleman is now being held on each charge at the Montgomery County Detention Facility.
