The Montgomery Police Department confirms it has charged Marquis Coleman, 40, from Montgomery, of a double-fatal Thanksgiving Day crash with felony DUI, felony leaving the scene of an accident and two counts of reckless murder in connection to the deadly crash. Marquis Coleman is now being held on each charge at the Montgomery County Detention Facility. 

Latonya Denise Haley, 31, charged with death of 8-year-old Weixi Zhang in Huntsville, Alabama

Latonya Denise Haley is charged with the death of Weixi Zhang. She was caught a month after the incident when an officer pulled her over for speeding and found she was intoxicated. She didn't have a license at the time because it was suspended for DUI. More information pending.
