The semi was traveling north when it crossed into incoming traffic, where it glanced another vehicle before overturning on an embankment in Guilford Township. The crash left the driver in serious condition.

Washington, DCA Chambersburg woman died in a head-on collision along the southbound lanes of Interstate 81 this morning in Southampton Township, Franklin County, state police said.
The victim was identified as Ashley D. Brechbiel, 26, no address given, according to police.
Troopers said Brechbiel was traveling north on Interstate 81 just after 2 a.m. in her 1993 Dodge Dakota truck, when she left the roadway, crossed the grassy median and entered the southbound lanes near Exit 24, the exit for Route 696.
