Kenneth Chapman was driving a motorcycle on Broadway Avenue just before 6 p.m. when he struck a car pulling into a highway from a residential driveway. Chapman collided with the rear of the car and was ejected from his bike. He was taken by ambulance to Iowa Methodist Medical Center where he later died. The driver of the other vehicle was ticketed for failing to yield.
