Michael Lovas dead and another injured in car vs. motorcycle accident at Trent Ave and Mission Ave in Spokane on Sept 10

The Spokane County Medical Examiner’s office has identified the victim in a fatal motorcycle accident Tuesday afternoon. Michael P. Lovas, 66, was riding a motorcycle when he collided with a truck on Trent Avenue and Mission Avenue at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday. Both drivers’ vehicles flipped. They were both taken to the hospital, Lovas with life-threatening injuries. Lovas later died as a result of massive blood loss due to blunt impact.
