While a neighbor claims that they heard a crash at about 2:00am, is wasn't until about 6:50am, an upside-down crashed vehicle was discovered off of Long Lake Road, with a deceased 40-year-old man inside. The cause of the crash has not been officially determined, but police discovered alcohol containers and a syringe in the vehicle, making DUI a definite possibile cause for this accident. We will update this accident as investigation continues and more information is released.

A woman was stopped on the side of northbound I-5 at milepost 102, because her car was apparently disabled. A semi traveling at about 58 mph left the road and rear-ended the vehicle, and the woman was killed in the crash. No names have been released.
