Investigators say one person is dead after a minivan and motorcycle collided in Warren County. The Warren County Sheriff's Office said the crash happened just after 11 p.m. Tuesday night at the intersection of Butler-Warren Road and Rosemont Lane near the Deerfield Township-West Chester Township line. Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers said Jeffery Stewart, 51, of Mason, tried to pass the van at a high rate of speed, but hit the back of the van, lost control and hit a yard fence. Stewart was dead when patrol units arrived on the scene.
