Maryland State Police troopers say two people have died following a three-car crash on I-81 in Williamsport. The State Police says it happened at about 11:20 a.m. Tuesday. Authorities say an investigation found that a 2004 Jeep slowed due to a backup related to road construction. Troopers say the driver of a 2010 Ford pickup truck failed to notice the backed up traffic and hit the Jeep, which erupted in flames. The truck then hit a 1994 Chevrolet Blazer.
