Motorcyclist Nikolas Kostelny, 21, injured by alleged DUI hit-and-run driver that stopped to talk to him, but refused to call help and fled the scene on Chiles Road in Davis, CA

It was about 11:30pm when Kostelny was riding his motorcycle eastward on Chiles road and an oncoming SUV swerved into his lane and struck him, leaving him on the ground with severe injuries. Astoundingly, the driver of the dark blue, four-door Jeep Liberty got out of the car to examine what had happened, but according to Kostelny the man looked very drunk, and in response to his begging for him to call 911 said "I ain't calling s---." before fleeing the scene. Kostelny managed to drag himself to a nearby hotel for help.
