One person is dead, three others injured after a head on collision. The accident happened on Hollywood Boulevard between 57th and 58th avenues around 5:15 a.m. Investigators believe one of the vehicles involved was going the wrong way which lead to the head-on crash. “Investigators have not determined who was going the wrong way yet, but it appears somebody was going the wrong way,” said a spokesperson from the Hollywood Police Dept.
