Buffalo, NYA Forestville man was charged with a felony count of driving while intoxicated after a two-vehicle collision Saturday in the Town of Villenova.
Stephen Woolley, 58, of South Dayton-Silver Creek Road, was arrested after the 1:45 p.m. crash, in which no injuries were reported.
He was charged with the felony because of a previous DWI conviction within the last 10 years. Chautauqua County deputies said they added an aggravated DWI charge because Woolley’s blood alcohol reading exceeded 0.18 percent. He also was cited for failure to keep right.

New York, NYNassau County police say an 81-year-old woman has died after being thrown from her car in a crash.
The accident happened at 4 p.m. Friday in Hicksville.
Police say the woman was driving a Toyota when it accelerated and hit a Ford Focus.
The Toyota was redirected into the path of a tractor-trailer.
The impact of the collision caused the woman to be ejected from her car. She was transported to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
The woman's identity is being withheld pending family notification.
No criminal charges were filed and no other injuries were reported.
