A Forestville man was charged with a felony count of driving while intoxicated after a two-vehicle collision Saturday in the Town of Villenova. Stephen Woolley, 58, of South Dayton-Silver Creek Road, was arrested after the 1:45 p.m. crash, in which no injuries were reported. He was charged with the felony because of a previous DWI conviction within the last 10 years. Chautauqua County deputies said they added an aggravated DWI charge because Woolley’s blood alcohol reading exceeded 0.18 percent. He also was cited for failure to keep right.
