Police say a school bus crashed on an icy western Michigan road and tipped over, leaving several students with what were described as non-life threatening injuries. State police say in a statement that troopers were dispatched to Montcalm County's Fairplain Township, about 25 miles northeast of Grand Rapids, around 6:45 a.m. Friday for the crash involving a Greenville Public Schools bus. Police say they believe the driver lost control of the bus, which came to rest on its side. No other vehicles were involved.
