Police say a Sammamish woman accidentally drove her SUV through her house, killing her husband and critically injuring her daughter and son-in-law. Neighbors say the woman went outside her home in the 3400 block of Lake Sammamish Lane SE on Friday evening to re-park her new white Jeep.  When the SUV crashed through the house, investigators say it hit the driver's husband, daughter and son-in-law. The daughter and son-in-law are the parents of the 3- year-old who was inside the Jeep. They were listed in critical condition at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle Friday night.

The Washington State Patrol says a wrong-way driver was responsible for a crash early Friday on Interstate 5 near Lacey. The patrol said Michael R. McDonald, 44, of Longbranch was driving a 2013 Hyundai north in the southbound lanes for three miles before hitting Saul Cabreracarillo, 47, of Seattle at the Nisqually Exit 114. Both drivers and a passenger in Cabreracarillo’s car were injured, and the southbound lanes were closed for about three hours. The patrol said the wrong-way driver was booked into the Thurston County Jail for investigation of vehicular assault.
