Albuquerque-Santa Fe, NMDesiderio was traveling westbound on I-40 swerving from lane to lane. His vehicle started to enter the median then turned sharply to the right, crossing both lanes and striking the guard rail. He was pronounced dead at the scene, and the accident remains under investigation.
