Tazina Y. Kori died at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, where she was taken for treatment after the 5:09 p.m. crash. She was traveling northbound on A Street, crossing the highway to a westbound lane and crashed into a 2001 Ford Ranger.
Katrina Cansler was driving east on Highway 12 when she lost control of her vehicle and drove off the road. The car was totaled. Cansler was taken to Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital. Troopers say that drugs and alcohol were not involved in the crash.

Tapio was driving a truck west on Highway 12 near the town of Gleed at about 5:15am when he for some reason lost control and overcorrected, causing the vehicle to flip onto the shoulder of the roadway.
