Portland, OR24-year-old Tersee S. Gar of Tualatin is dead after a fatal crash involving a semi truck on Interstate 5 near Wilsonville, Oregon. The exit ramp near the location was affected during the investigation and traffic backed up to the Boone Bridge over the Willamette River.

Portland, ORVincente Plagcencia was driving his silver Lexus southbound on Interstate 5 in Salem around 1 a.m. Tuesday when it is believed that the Lexus may have been rear-ended by a semi-truck near milepost 253. Oregon State Patrol officials said the semi-truck driver didn't stop, and may not even be aware that the crash occurred.
