Jermaine Brealy was driving a motorcycle on Chef Menteur Highway when he collided with a black Lexus sedan as it was preparing to make a U-turn. Brealy had to be extricated from under the vehicle, and was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Lexus was not injured.
