Minneapolis-St. Paul, MNAuthorities have Holly Hoglund Klein, 44, as the driver who was killed in a multi-vehicle collision Tuesday on Interstate 94 just west of Hasty, after a semi truck collided with several vehicles. At least two other drivers suffered injuries. Road conditions were icy at the time of the accident.

Duluth, MN-Superior, WINordeen was driving a pickup truck north on Highway 7 at about 5:50pm when he crossed into oncoming traffic and collided head on with a southbound car containing two people, before a third vehicle finally struck the rear of Nordeen's pickup truck. The two people in the southbound car, identified as Madeline Stringer, 15, and Mary Stringer, 49, sustained serious injuries, and Madeline was airlifted to the hospital while Mary was taken by ambulance. Nordeen was also brought to the hospital but was later pronounced dead.
