Justin Romo, 19, killed in collision with wrong-way driver Tyler Thompson, 26, on 210 Freeway in Azusa, California

A 19-year-old man was killed early Saturday morning when a wrong-way driver suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol collided with his car on the westbound 210 Freeway in Azusa.

Justin Romo, 19, of El Monte, was killed in the collision. A 16-year-old passener sustained moderate injuries and was taken to County-USC Medical Center, according to California Highway Patrol.
