Madison, WIJulica Rose Kelly was driving a car north on Highway 23 when she slowed down to make a turn. Blaine K. Hall was riding a motorcycle behind her and rear-ended the car when she slowed down. He was thrown from the bike during the crash and was taken to UW Hospital by medical helicopter. He was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. Kelly was treated and released at Upland Hills Health.

Madison, WIA vehicle driven by Janet White, 69, of Green Lake, Wisconsin, was traveling east on Highway 23 in Packwaukee on Tuesday afternoon when it crossed the center line and collided with a vehicle driven by Natalie Rosanske, 49, of Westfield, Wisconsin. Both drivers were airlifted to UW Hospital but died from their injuries. The cause of the crash is being investigated.
