Louisville, KYJosiah Wesley Winks was killed when his Jeep left the roadway and hit a driveway culvert, launching it into the air. His vehicle spun around several times before stopping against a tree. Winks was ejected from the Jeep upon impact, and was pronounced dead at the scene.
