Bloomington Man Killed After Jeep Struck Culvert
Police say that the Jeep hit a driveway culvert, causing it to go airborne. It then hit the ground twice before spinning around. The Jeep then went into the air backwards before it came to rest against a tree.
Josiah Wesley Winks was killed when his Jeep left the roadway and hit a driveway culvert, launching it into the air. His vehicle spun around several times before stopping against a tree. Winks was ejected from the Jeep upon impact, and was pronounced dead at the scene.
