Passenger Ynnek Semak, 19, ejected from vehicle and killed in crash with driver Dylan Johnson, 20, after crashing into planter, tree and rolling in Lakehead, CA

Semak was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash and eventually died from his injuries. Johnson sustained only minor scrapes and bruises, and is now in Shasta County Jail for suspected DUI.
