A collision between a semi-truck and a pickup truck that occured at about 1:00pm on Lancaster Pike has left the driver of the pickup truck, identified as William Fox, 26, dead. The driver of the semi-truck, identified as John Roads, 60, was not hurt. The Delaware State Police Crash Reconstruction Unit will begin investigating the scene to determine the cause of the accident.
