Watertown, NYAlice Page, 61, of Canton was struck by Carol A. Pierce at 11:30 a.m. in downtown Canton. She was in a crosswalk on Main Street at the time of the collision. Her injuries were not deemed life-threatening and she was taken to the Canton-Potsdam Hospital. The investigation is ongoing and charges are still pending.

New York, NYA man is charged with vehicular manslaughter after a hit-and-run crash killed a pedestrian on Long Island.
Nassau County police say Cosmin Florea hit Donald Mooney around midnight Friday as Mooney crossed Main Street in Port Washington.
The 49-year-old Lynbrook man was pronounced dead at North Shore University Hospital around 4:20 a.m. Saturday.
Police say Florea's 2010 Ford Fusion was stopped in Queens around 12:45 a.m. They say the vehicle had windshield and front end damage.

Buffalo, NYAround 4:30 a.m. Sunday a State Police Trooper was flagged down by a passing motorist who reported a vehicle off the roadway on Main Street in Newstead.
The trooper found a vehicle that had crashed into a tree on the south shoulder of the road near Barnum Road. The driver, 49 year-old Mark Sperrazza, of Tonawanda, was found dead at the scene.
The cause of the accident is yet to be determined pending the results of the ongoing investigation.
