Dallas-Ft. Worth, TXTravis Elwell, 23, of Mesquite has been arrested and charged with intoxication manslaughter in the death of Emily Javadi, 34,who was standing next to a vehicle on McKinney Avenue in uptown Dallas when she was struck and thrown into a metal pole on Tuesday at approximately 5:30pm. Javadi was transported to Parkland Hosptial, where she died. Javadi had recently opened a cake pop business.
