Honolulu, HIThe accident took place around 3:00 a.m. in Pearl City. A patrol officer observed the 20-year-old woman commit a traffic violation. The officer initiated a traffic stop, but the suspect refused to stop and a pursuit was initiated. During the pursuit the suspect collided into two occupied HPD vehicles. She then fled on foot. She was found nearby and arrested on suspicion of two counts of first-degree criminal property damage, driving without a license, fleeing the scene of a motor vehicle collision, and driving without proof of insurance.

Cleveland-Akron, OHA 24-year-old man police said crashed into a stopped zone car and fled Friday night is also accused of being drunk and not having a license, according to court records.
Edward Hughes Jr. faces drunken driving and open container charges, as well as failing to stop at an accident, failure to control and not having a driver's license, according to Cleveland Municipal Court records.
Two officers were stopped in traffic at East 93rd Street and Kinsman Avenue about 9:55 p.m. Friday when Hughes struck the car, police said.

Portland, ORA woman was arrested for DUII after she pulled a U-turn and crashed into cops early Saturday morning, police said.
Around 3:20 a.m., 25-year-old Aphinity Marday Jumping Bull was driving west on North Lombard Street near Commercial Avenue with officers right behind her, said a Sgt. with Portland police.
Jumping Bull pulled a U-turn in her 2004 Chevy Impala and slammed into the police car. She then drove off but only made it to North Kerby Avenue before her car broke down, Simpson said.

Eugene, ORAn Oregon State Police trooper was injured Friday night when his patrol car was rear-ended as he was wrapping up a traffic stop on Oregon 34 east of Corvallis.
Just after 8 p.m., Trooper Don Rummer was finishing a traffic stop and got back into his patrol car when he saw a car coming from behind lose control on the snow- and ice-covered roadway. The car crashed into the back of the stopped patrol car.
