Green Bay-Appleton, WIPamela Kroncke was driving east in a minivan when she crossed the center line and struck a pickup truck, driven by Douglas Visocky, head-on. Kroncke was declared dead at the scene, and Vicocky was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries. A 3-year-old passenger in Kroncke's minivan, reportedly Kroncke's grandson, was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.
